To ensure your safety and to maximize the enjoyment of our facility for all, please read this page prior to heading our way!
Laser Warning
We are an FDA Licensed Class IV laser facility. While every precaution has been made to ensure your safety including key interlocks, planar control, and emergency cutoff switches; it is important to follow posted warnings. Class IV laser products can cause permanent blindness and burns on exposed skin and clothing even with momentary exposure.
While this is not a concern with normal activities, you can be exposed by exceeding our safety ceiling height with discouraged activities such as sitting on shoulders of other patrons or prohibited activities such as standing on tables, chairs, or bar tops.
Dress Code
To maintain the atmosphere of our facility, the following dress code will be strictly enforced at the door during nightclub hours.
A minimum of a button up shirt and slacks are suggested, upscale but still casual. Or show us your best beach attire! Sorry, shirts are still required.
The following are absolutely prohibited:
- Baggy Jeans
- Jerseys
- Beanies or Sports Hats
These requirements are subject to change based on the event type and use.
Cover Charges
We will assess cover charges on Friday and Saturday nights after 10pm. Charges are subject to frequent change based on the event type, venue use, or concert performance. There is no cover charge if you have already been admitted to the venue for a concert. Please keep an eye on our Facebook page for updates.
General Code of Conduct
During all public operating hours, we will have security personnel posted at entrances, exits, and throughout the facility. Additionally, they will conduct periodic checks of the parking lot and the perimeter. Please avoid congregating or loitering in the parking areas. If you need us to call you a ride or provide a safe escort to your vehicle, let any of our staff know and we'll make it happen.
As with any venue or event center, we will have absolutely zero tolerance for unwelcome advances, inappropriate touching (of either gender), or inappropriate acts of any kind.
Violation of this policy goes against the our safety priority for all of our guests and you will be immediately ejected from the venue, without refund, and permanently black listed from our facility.
We will also have zero tolerance for any impaired driving from our location. If you need a safe way to get where you need to go, let us know.
ID Requirements
We have equipped our venue with technology from TokenWorks, a global leader in authentication technology, to assist with age and identity verification. All patrons will have their age verified at the door to ensure zero under 21 alcohol consumption occurs. The system is also optimized to detect fake IDs using forensic scanning. This system will help us expedite the screening process. A form of identification will be required at the door with a functional barcode.
This system also integrates with a network of thousands of other concert houses and venues around the world. If you have been previously black listed or ejected from a venue due to violence, non-compliance, or other prohibited conduct, you may be denied entry into our facility as well.
Weapons Control
While we wholeheartedly believe in your right to bear arms, all patrons will be screened by metal detection for guns, knives, or any other type of weapon during nightclub and concert operations. Please secure these items in your vehicle or leave them at home, we cannot be held liable for theft of any items from your parked vehicle.
We will allow sworn law enforcement officers from any jurisdiction to bypass weapons screening with department issued identification. If this applies to you, please tell the host/hostess prior to entering.
